Our drivers have many years of professional experience. However, we only continue to work with them if the driver has a flawless record, so that our customers can always expect the best quality of service.
2. Will anyone else be travelling in the vehicle I book?
All vehicle categories are private. You will not share the journey with a passenger from outside your group.
3. What does the price of the transfer include?
The price of the transfer includes free waiting time (60 minutes at airports, sea or river port terminals,and train stations, 15 minutes for all other locations), car park and motorway tolls, where applicable.
4. What does hourly car hire mean?
You can hire a chauffeur-driven car by the hour.
This is an advantageous option, for example, if you have a number of appointments for a business trip, for a guided tour or to make stops, at your request, during your itinerary.
You choose the date/time and time quantity you need.
5. How Fixed Price Transfers work ?
EXAMPLE: You book a Fixed Price transfer from Roissy CDG Airport to Reims, in an ECO Volkswagen Passat. Price € 219
On the booking form that you will receive, in the ROAD section, two Zip Codes will appear.
- 95 700 Zip Code, Departure Place, Roissy En France.
- 51 100 Zip Code, Arrival Place Reims – France
The fixed price, € 219, that you have paid, allows you to choose any departure address, with 95 700 as the Zip Code.
You can also choose any arrival address with a Zip Code of 51 100.
These departure and arrival addresses must be given to your Partner Carrier when you first contact him.
6. What happens if my flight is delayed?
The free waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes If the delay exceeds one hour, please contact your driver. The driver’s contact details are shown on your booking confirmation voucher, which you received by email.
7. How much time do I have after my flight has landed to meet my driver?
The free waiting time at the airport after your flight has landed is 60 minutes. If you need more time, please contact your driver. Your driver’s contact details are shown on the booking confirmation voucher that you received by email.
8. What if the driver hasn’t arrived?

9. How do I know if my luggage will fit in the car?
Please refer to the table of luggage dimensions in our GT&TS, General Terms and Conditions of Sale, detailed in chapter 04 LUGGAGE CLASSIFICATION. If you have any doubts, contact your driver. The driver’s contact details are shown on the booking confirmation voucher that you received by email. If the volume of your luggage requires you to change to a larger vehicle, you may have to pay additional charges directly to your driver.
